Lent has always been a wonderful season in my life.  A season for reflection, intentionality and deep transformation.  Yes, it can be about something simple like giving up coffee or sweets.  But, it can also be more.  In 2015, I found the book &#8220;40 things to give up in Lent and beyond&#8221; by Phil Ressler.  Each day has a devotional, a story and something to &#8216;give up&#8217;.
